Please be sure and call us at 800.292.8072 to verify your workshop reservation and class space availability. All sales are subject to prior sell-out of workshop. If space for a particular workshop at the time of purchase is sold out, we will refund your tuition in full (100%) by crediting back to the credit card used in the initial transaction the entire transaction amount. This will be completed within 24 hours of the initial transaction. All workshops are subject to available space. If the specific workshop is sold-out, we are not responsible for any other expenses incurred by purchaser. In order to receive a full 100% refund of tuition the workshop must be sold out at the time of purchase.

All cancellations are subject to a ten (10) day notification prior to date of the workshop in order to receive a full refund, less a $25.00 cancellation fee. There will be no refunds after the 10th day prior to the workshop date. Any late (after 10th day prior to workshop) cancellations will receive the class handout materials by mail after the date of the workshop.

If you are coming in a tractor-trailer rig you must make a reservation with us so we can accommodate your vehicle.

From I-55 Mississippi :

1. Take I-55 to I-240 East
2. To Sam Cooper Blvd West (Where I-240 and I-40 Intersect on Memphis’s East Side).
3. Go West on Sam Cooper Blvd 4.8 miles.
4. to first Left after Crossing the Rail Road Overpass to Collins Street.
5. Cross Poplar Ave and Collins Street becomes Union Ave Extended.
6. Turn into the 6^th Parking Lot entrance on Right from Poplar Ave (Just past Lipscomb & Pitts Insurance Building). 2670 Union Ave Extended Suite 200
7. Tractors and tractor-trailers please park towards the back of the lot.

From  US 72 Northwest Alabama and Northeastern Mississippi:

1. US 72 West (Poplar Ave)
2. Cross over Union Ave overpass
3. To 1^st left on to Union Ave Extended
4. Turn into the 6^th Parking Lot entrance on Right from Poplar Ave (Just past Lipscomb & Pitts Insurance Building). 2670 Union Ave Extended Suite 200
5. Tractors and tractor-trailers please park towards the back of the lot.

From I-40 and I-55  Arkansas (Tractor-trailer Route)

1. Take I-40 across the Mississippi River Bridge
2. Continue on I-40 and loop around Memphis on the North Side to the Eastern I-40 / I-240 split Take Sam Cooper Blvd West.
3. Go West on Sam Cooper Blvd 4.8 miles.
