person participating agrees to allow their
voice to be recorded and distributed via mp3, CD, podcast, or any other

All paid participants
not able to attend a specific workshop must notify Write Up the Road
Publishing by calling
(800)292-8072
at least one hour before workshop's scheduled start time .
All participants who have notified us as outlined above will receive a
credit towards a future evening I.C.E. workshop. Those credits will be
good for six months from the date of the original cancellation. All
fees paid become the property of Write Up The Road Publishing regardless of
notification . NO-REFUNDS do to a missed session, no exceptions. But
at our discretion we will make exceptions to the policy of
rescheduling you for a future workshop on an individual basis do to
inclement weather or unable to get a quality phone signal. PLEASE DO
NOT RISK YOUR SAFETY JUST TO NOTIFY US. We understand in trucking there are
unavoidable events or unexplainable loss of signal, we trust your
honesty. Just remember NO REFUNDS--ONLY RESCHEDULING FOR A FUTURE WORKSHOP
WITHIN SIX MONTHS.
